Welcome to Casa Basta! Our charming Spanish Mediterranean house located in the quiet neighbourhood of La Sabatera centrally located in Moraira and nestled within a secure and private community of 13 other terraced properties. Boasting a sunny south-facing position, our house overlooks an impeccably maintained communal garden and sparkling pool.

After parking your car on the private driveway you’ll enter the house through the porch and into the welcoming hall with staircase leading to the lower floor. On the upper floor, you'll find a well equipped modern kitchen, a cozy open plan living and dining area and a generous partially covered balcony with comfortable outdoor seating and dining.

On the lower floor, you'll find a two large bedrooms and two bathrooms one of which is en-suite. Both rooms offer nice views onto our private terraced garden, making them the perfect place to unwind after a busy day.

We’re also happy to say that our property is located close to all the local amenities you could possibly need.
